Awarded the design of the new marina in Torri del Benaco.
F&M Ingegneria (group leader) together with Duomi Srl, Arch. Antonio Ravalli, Semper Srl, Arch. Leonardo Marzotti and Arch. Denise Borsoi, will be responsible for the final design of the construction work for the new marina.
The development of a new facility on this site has been a significant potential for the improvement of the lake and Torre del Benaco since the beginning of the design approach.
The new harbor, renovation of the Lido and the site of the historic Yachting Club, and a bike and pedestrian path with a cantilevered walkway over the water linking the Lido area with the old harbor and historic center are the three planned areas of focus.
