New Dock and Cruise Terminal
The interventions concern the requalification and development of the port of La Spezia in correspondence of the homogeneous area of intervention n.5 Marina della Spezia” – new cruise pier in the first basin of La Spezia. The work in project is the first intervention of new maritime infrastructure included in the more general project of requalification and conversion of use, in a tourist-recreational key, of the waterfront of La Spezia. The new trapeze-shaped cruise pier, will extend for about 16,900 square meters and will allow the docking of two cruise ships of the latest generation, along the two sides of the quay that are developed for 393 and 339 meters.
