La Samaritaine retail fit-out project starts on site
The interior fit-out of the retail spaces of La Samaritaine department store in Paris has started. La Samaritaine is one of the oldest hystorical department store in the very heart of Paris, undergoing a major renovation which includes 25.000 sqm of retail spaces, new offices, a luxury hotel, residences and public services. LVMH launched the refurbishment of the complex few years ago following the design of SANAA, winner of the international design competition. Our Client DFS will develop and operate the entire retail department, in the beautiful heritage Liberty complex and in the new steel and glass Rivoli building. F&M continues with this project its cooperation with DFS after the opening of Fondaco dei Tedeschi store in Venice in 2016, providing management and cost consultancy services.
