F&M Middle East proudly lead master planner of the offices cluster’s for SUR PEIE Development
In date 27th March c.y. PEIE announced the completion of design for its Sur Industrial Estate developing offices cluster, through a plot of land along the access road that leads to industrial zone.
F&M ME as Lead Master Planner is proud to serve this excited project which will boost the economy and expansion of SUR Government.
F&M ME has focused on developing modern buildings standards to provide a vibrant working environment that will affect positively on the surrounding environment.
The SUR Office Block Master Plan is conceived as a first phase of a larger Master Plan in Al Sharqiyah Governorate that includes Port, Commercial areas, Mixed use areas, Industrial areas, Residential areas, Public & entertainment facilities. The Offices Block will act as nerve center of the commercial and economic activity of Sur. A Building Code was created to set out the minimum standards to be applied to the building plots, infrastructure and amenity space on site. The purpose is to ensure that a high and consistent standard of design is maintained throughout the Offices Block to provide a sustainable and stimulating working environment whilst at the same time enabling the dive se requirements of individual occupiers to be met.
Multiple buildings will be housed within the plot, which will also contain meeting and social spaces open and available to the entire community. This a new of a kind of development in master planning on which F&M ME is proud to put at Client’s service its multidisciplinary expertise.
