Convention Centre of Palermo: F&M wins the design
The design services for the renovation and re-functionalization of Pavilion 20 of the former Fiera del Mediterraneo in Palermo, to be used as a Conference Centre, have been awarded to the group of designer constituted by F&M Ingegneria (group leader), F&M Divisione Impianti, Metroarea Architetti Associati and Studio Fra Architettura ed Ecoinnovazione.
The Pavilion has an area of about 5.00 mq and it will be able to host up to 4.000 people. With the goal of bringing Palermo city in the tourist-receptive circuit at an international level, the new Conference Centre is a candidate to be one of the structures for events of greater capacity throughout Sicily.
