Commencement of Knowledge Oasis Muscat’s Building Zone Improvement, Oman
F&M Middle East has commenced their Site Supervision activities on the 1st of October 2019 for the Knowledge Oasis Muscat Building Zone. The Project is spearheaded by the newly re-branded Madayn (formerly PEIE) and covers approx. 75,000 sqm. F&M ME’s scope during design included Master Plan, Landscape, Roads and Infrastructural Review and Improvements to the previous Master Plan. The envisioned improvement emphasized on pedestrian walkability, introduction of interactive greenspaces and sustainable mobility.
