Construction of Ring Road and Associated Infrastructure & Utilities Works in Knowledge Oasis Muscat, Madayn KOM (Oman)
Because of the large demand for investments in Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM), PEIE intends to develop the area surrounded by Ring Road (Buildings Zone), taking into consideration all standards and norms of regulation and concepts and drawings of the updated Master Plan and Ring Road. All services in this zone existed since 2006 but are not in compliance with the new vision of the Master Plan or the respective regulations. The scope is to develop the infrastructure facilities of the existing KOM (Buildings Zone – KOM 1, 2, 3, 4 & Facilities Building), with an area of around 75,000 mq.
The project is for the construction, completion, testing, commissioning, handing over, and remedying of the defects in the construction of the Ring Road and associated infrastructure utilities work in Knowledge Oasis Muscat for Madayn-Sultanate of Oman.
The actual progress of work is at 26%.
