Design and sustainability in “Arcadia Center” in Milan: Leed Silver Certificate for the new HQ Volkswagen
An ambitious project of renovation for the building in the Gallarate district in Via Grosio 10/4 in Milan by the integrated design team with F&M Ingegneria, Giuseppe Tortato Architects and Tekser Ingegneria. The office building, about 23,000 sqm of GFA, which will bear the name of Arcadia Center will be the house of the new headquarter Volkswagen Leasing GmbH and Volkswagen Bank GmbH. Prelios Agency supported the identification of the tenant.
F&M Ingegneria is carrying on the activities: preliminary, main and final structural design, fire fighting, H&S, site supervision. Press Release attached.
