{"id":6714,"date":"2026-10-20T15:24:29","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T13:24:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fm-ingegneria.com\/?post_type=job&#038;p=6714"},"modified":"2026-11-02T14:31:44","modified_gmt":"2026-11-02T13:31:44","slug":"fire-protection-design-engineer-verona","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/fm-ingegneria.com\/en\/jobs\/fire-protection-design-engineer-verona\/","title":{"rendered":"Fire Protection Design Engineer \u2013 Verona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>F&amp;M Ingegneria is looking for a <strong>Fire Protection Design Engineer <\/strong>to join F&amp;M\u2019s partner company, Mesa Progetti Srl, based in Verona.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and will be responsible for the technical development of fire protection systems throughout all design stages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing fire prevention applications for the Fire Brigade (Vigili del Fuoco) in accordance with the new Italian Fire Prevention Code;<\/li>\n<li>Producing designs and calculations relating to fire protection;<\/li>\n<li>Designing active fire protection systems (smoke and heat exhaust ventilation, sprinklers, hydrants) and passive systems (alarms, smoke detection, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Actively collaborating with the team to define technical solutions, the standards to be adopted and the necessary technical documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Submitting applications to, and liaising with, the relevant local Fire Brigade Commands;<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out site inspections to obtain the relevant certifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate will have the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline;<\/li>\n<li>Fire prevention professional accreditation under Ministerial Decree 20\/12\/12, or willingness to attend the qualifying course;<\/li>\n<li>At least 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a similar role;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the main design software: Namirial or similar;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite;<\/li>\n<li>A good command of English;<\/li>\n<li>A team-oriented approach;<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The type of contract and gross annual salary will be assessed during the selection process and based on the candidate\u2019s experience.<\/p>\n<p>Please send your up-to-date CV to <a href=\"mailto:info@fm-ingegneria.com\">info@fm-ingegneria.com<\/a>, quoting the job title in the subject line.<\/p>\n<p><em>This vacancy is open to people of all sexes, gender expressions, ages and nationalities.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-6714","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/fm-ingegneria.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/6714","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/fm-ingegneria.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/fm-ingegneria.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/fm-ingegneria.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=6714"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
