This year F&amp;M Middle East was awarded <strong>The Best Engineering Consultant <\/strong>Award, which was received by their very own two Rising and Talented Omani architects, Ekhlas Al Wahaibi and Mawada Al Sawafi. F&amp;M ME\u2019s collaboration with Dossier this year is to further emphasis their joint vision of elevating the Sultanate of Oman in all sectors through the power of the youth\u2019s creativity and drive.<\/p>\n<p>Dossier Construction\u2019s Infrastructure Awards &amp; Summit is Oman\u2019s first Business to Business publication on construction, infrastructure and real estate sectors.
