The demolition and reconstruction of the new Easybox storage facility in Corso Settembrini, Turin, on behalf of Savills Investment Management SGR SpA, has been completed. The building comprises a warehouse and offices, as well as an outdoor green area with parking as part of the urbanisation project.<\/p>\n
The two existing buildings did not allow for a functional redevelopment to meet the client’s needs; therefore, the complete demolition and reconstruction of a 5-storey building with a basement for a total of 10,500 square metres was carried out.<\/p>\n

F&M Ingegneria SpA was responsible for the architectural, structural and plant engineering design, acoustic design, safety coordination during the design and execution phases, general and specialist works management, and registration.<\/p>\n
