F&M and MAU: Infrastructure for Viewpoints along the touristic circuit in Southern Albania
F&M Ingegneria and MAU Architecture are pleased to announce a new project assignment in Albania, the development of an important tourist circuit in the south of the country.
The Government of Albania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Project for Integrated Urban and Tourism Development (PIUTD), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include: “Detailed Designs and Construction Supervision for Infrastructure for Viewpoints along the touristic circuit in Southern Albania”.
The project aims at improving selected touristic sites along the south of Albania touristic corridor and creating or improving existing rest stops of viewpoints to improve the visiting experience. The ambition is to evolve a relevant formula with relevance not only for other Albanian cities but also internationally by creating a viable and diversified and integrated tourism product in the south of Albania, complementing investments and enhancing the tourism experience.
