F&M Middle East: Hilton Garden Hotel Al Khuwair on progress
F&M Middle East is continuing its full commitment on the construction of HGHK – Hilton Garden Hotel Al Khuwair – expected to open during the first months of 2018. F&M was awarded the project services for Consultancy, Architectural, Engineering Design review of IFC and Construction Supervision last November. Located in a 1.6 hectare plot, the 7 storey Hotel counts 232 keys and it incorporates contemporary design as well as elements of the Omani culture. The facade features a magnificent waterfall flowing over the roof to the big garden, where many sport facilities are located. On the top two infinitive pools and a juice bar overlook the panorama. The Design Architect is AEDAS, a Singapore based company, while the Interior Designer is LXA, a UK based company.
