Porta Del Mare Salerno. The three towers watching the sea.
Work is progress at the “Porta del Mare” panoramic site construction in Salerno.
The project “Porta del Mare–Salerno” is a real estate new initiative of RCM Costruzioni which is the general contractor of the works: 3 residential towers, a restaurant, a single-storey shopping center, an underground public car parking and a garden park as the connection between the residential and commercial areas.
F&M Ingegneria provided the project management and the design development of architecture, MEP, roads, hydraulic and fire prevention while Fea Tecnica provided the structural design both following the schematic design by Lombardini22.
