New Oasis Building: retail and office space
The project is a landmark building within the Sohar Industrial Estate. The project, of about 15,000 square meters, ranking in one of the most strategic positions of the entire region takes on the role of the Centre for Services and Administration of the whole area. The functionality of the building and the architectural appearance are paramount. The ground floor and the first floor have mixed use destinations: bank, clinic, SPA, furniture, bar / café, restaurant, nursery, laundry room and travel agency. The upper floors are used as offices.
