WaltherPark
WaltherPark, integrated into a state-of-the-art road and infrastructure project, will become the new vibrant located in the heart of the city of Bolzano.
Waltherpark is an urban redevelopment project covering a total area of more than 17,000 m2, a new multifunctional complex that will house new apartments both for residential and investment use, as well as stores.
F&M Ingegneria is in charge of Project & Construction Management and Cost Management, together with F&M France, which is in charge of Pilotage.
