Renovation Hotel Bauer Venice
F&M Ingegneria alongside SIGNA GmbH in the redevelopment operation of the historic Hotel Bauer in Venice.
F&M has taken on the role of Project Manager since the Due Diligence phases prior to SIGNA’s acquisition of the property in 2020 and is in charge of managing the complex operation that will completely renovate the Bauer Hotel, creating retail space and luxury hotel managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
The historic property will be entirely renewed, preserving facades and historic interior elements, and upgraded energetically. About 120 rooms, most of them suites, and several food and wine outlets will be built.
The complex will also house a spectacular Italian-style roof garden overlooking the city, a luxurious wellness facility, and an outdoor swimming pool with a bar located on the eighth floor.
Our company will also handle all tendering, construction management and Site Supervision for one of the most important and significant renovation projects ever undertaken in the historic center of Venice, destined to redefine new hospitality standards in the luxury sector.
