Work has begun on the new Terrazza a mare in Lignano Sabbiadoro!
By the spring of 2026, this iconic location will be renewed with an investment of 14 million euros. The project will not only enhance the existing structure but also add new attractions like an infinity pool and a panoramic restaurant. A major step forward for tourism and the local community.
The design of the Terrazza a Mare is entrusted to the team composed of F&M Ingegneria SpA – Capogruppo RTP (Engineering Design), Arch. Giulia de Appolonia, Carrilho da Graça Arquitectos lda (Architectural Design), SEMPER S.R.L. (Archaeology).
