TGR Friuli Venezia Giulia – Final project approved that will breathe new life into the Terrace by the Sea, in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
The final design that will breathe new life into the Terrace by the Sea has been approved.
In particular, spaces will be increased, catering and conference hall services will be expanded, and a new swimming pool will be constructed adjacent to the sea so that the 50-year-old building can once again host musical events and concerts.
F&M Ingegneria is the team’s group head, together with globally known Portuguese architects Joao Luis Carrilho da Graça and Arch. Giulia De Appolonia. F&M will follow the structural, plant design, CSP-CSE and operational management of the structures and facilities.
