THE PLAN Editions presents the new volume “The periphery becomes central – Arcadia Center”, which is focussed on the Arcadia Center project, created in Milan by Giuseppe Tortato Architetti, F&M Ingegneria and Tekser Ingegneria for InvestiRE SGR. An example of urban regeneration through the conversion of a production building, of which only the reinforced concrete structure has been preserved.
