Sneak peek of Waltherpark development!
WaltherPark, integrated into a state-of-the-art road and infrastructure project, will become the new vibrant meeting place located in the heart of the city of Bolzano.
Waltherpark is an urban redevelopment project covering a total area of more than 17,000 m2, a new multifunctional complex that will house new apartments for residential and investment use, stores as well as parking lots.
F&M is in charge of Project & Construction Management as well as of Cost Management.
