Spazio Villalta is now a reality

Spazio Villalta is now a reality.

Spazio Villalta is now a vibrant reality, born from the regeneration of the former Dormisch brewery and projected towards the future of Italian industry. In this place, the past meets innovation: it is here that the new headquarters of ITS Academy Udine, a true driving force of advanced skills for the territory, is located.

The architectural design by Marco Zito and Artico Fracassi Architetti combines innovation, training, and a focus on urban regeneration, creating a space that brings together technology and sustainability.

F&M Ingegneria managed every phase of the process: from integrated design to construction management and safety coordination, ensuring quality and reliability in every detail.

This project is a concrete example of how urban regeneration and technological innovation can come together to create a cutting-edge training hub: up to 600 students will have the opportunity to acquire the skills that will build tomorrow.

Spazio Villalta is much more than a building; it is a strategic project for Udine: innovative teaching spaces, technology labs, shared areas, and a bistro designed to encourage networking and the exchange of ideas.
