The works for restoration of the former “Magazzino del Sale – Darsena” have been completed!

The project preserves the building covered by heritage law D.Lgs. 42/2004, and provides a new multifunctional building linked to the tourism, catering and wellness sector for public/private use: spaces for the community and wellness spaces will intertwine at various levels.

The project is commissioned by the Municipality of Cervia and financed by t the Operational Programme of the European Regional Development Fund “POR-FESR EMILIA ROMAGNA 2014-2020 – Axis 5 – Az. 6.7.1 Project “ABCD Cervia – simply Art, Wellness, Food at the Dock”.

F&M carried out the structural and MEP design and site supervision and H&S coordination as well, teaming with Antonio Ravalli Architects for architectural design and site supervision.
