4C Eco building is part of an office district placed in the centre of Beijing, along Deshengmen West Road. The building develops on two underground floors and nine above-ground floors, and is designed according to eco-sustainability criteria. The building, that is the result of an in-depth study of internal environmental comfort and minimization of energy consumption, respects the guidelines indicated by the Kyoto Protocol.
