The project includes the renovation and adaptation of Pavilion 10, the former Regina Margherita hospital complex in Messina, to be used as the University Regional Library: “Cittadella della Cultura”. The project proposes the maintenance of the overall size with seismic upgrading of the structures and new facade cladding, as well as the redevelopment of the area adjacent to the building. The project aims to create a library that can meet the needs of visitors, students and staff working inside.
