F&M was awarded the project services for Consultancy, Architectural, Engineering Design review of IFC and Construction Supervision. Located in a 1.6 hectare plot, the 7 storey Hotel counts 232 keys and it incorporates contemporary design as well as elements of the Omani culture. The facade features a magnificent waterfall flowing over the roof to the big garden, where many sport facilities are located. On the top two infinitive pools and a sky bar overlook the panorama.
