The Government of Oman, through the Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) and the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates PEIE have undertaken the development of a new logistics area in South Al Batinah region of the sultanate. The project site of around 9500 ha is located about 70 km west of central Muscat. The strategic location and ample space for long term growth will support the international and domestic demand for logistic spaces.
