A very complicated renovation, both from a structural and logistical point of view, of a 1950s’ multi-storey building. The works lasted only 90 days involving all the levels of the building, from the basement to the second floor. Green materials has been used for the renovation: FSC-certified wood (from sustainably managed forests), plastic free-steel elements, low energy consumption LEDs and water-based paints. Energy consumption is reduced by 20% compared to that of a standard commercial venues.
