The project of refurbishment concerns the maintenance of the retail destination for the ground and the first floors, giving continuity to the Cordusio/Dante front towards the front of Santa Maria Segreta. The levels from 2nd to 6th will be an office area. The project of static and seismic upgrading required a careful analysis of its historical evolutions in order to arrive at the definition of the most appropriate solutions. With the adoption of sustainability and energy efficiency practices, the building aims to gain the LEED Core&Shell international environmental certification of the GOLD level.
