The renovation of Palazzo Ricordi in Via Berchet, in the heart of Milan, aims to a general architectural upgrading, with a special attention to environmental aspects (Energy Certification LEED Gold), the redesign of the courtyard and the internal redistribution of all plans in order to improve their efficiency. The building will house luxury offices for the management staff and commercial spaces at ground floor.
