The project includes the necessary works for the renewal of the building located at Corso Italia 12 in Trieste for the new destination: Modernist Hotel. The works involves some modifications on the existing structures to insert the new elevator and the fire escape. The great value of the main façade on Corso Italia is highlighted with works of inspection, demolition and refurbishment of the plaster, cleaning and restoration.
