The design includes the recovery of an ex-industrial complex in Prato which will be reconverted into the new headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce, housing its offices and a conference hall provided with about 400 seats. The project will included the arrangement of the outdoor areas and the realization of an underground car parks where almost 50 cars can be parked.
