The sixth issue, F&M Post #6, focuses on the new distribution centre for the Teddy Group in Gatteo (FC), a few kilometres from the Group’s historic headquarters in Rimini and close to the Valle del Rubicone motorway exit. The new logistics hub, equipped with the most modern logistics and goods-handling technologies, covers a total area of more than 79,000 sqm, equivalent to nine football pitches. The client’s attention to environmental sustainability was decisive in guiding the choices across the various design and construction disciplines.
