The coming back of “Corti di Baires”

“Corti di Baires” in Corso Buenos Aires was a residential and commercial compound not used in the last 15 years. The project aims the total renewal of the spaces in an area of approximately 8,000 square meters: commercial spaces, residences and inner courts, within a recovery program that involves the entire shopping line from Porta Venezia to piazza Argentina. F&M Ingegneria carried out the seismic analysis and the design of the seismic adjustment works of the building and is now involved in the site supervision and the H&S coordination.
