The project redevelops the site previously occupied by the Circolo Sestese on the Ticino riverfront, creating the required functions in a single complex: multipurpose hall, clubhouse, pedestrian path and parking lot. In particular, the great value of the project is the characterization of the various external areas to produce a single “building-park system” that will become the beating heart of the city of Sesto for events and activities.
