The project concerns the construction of a shopping centre, offices and exhibition spaces of approximately 5,000 sqm in Trieste. The new building is inside a former historic wine warehouse of which the historic walls are recovered. The building is composed of 4 levels: the -2 level with the parking lot, the -1 with the exhibition center, the ground and the first floor are used for commercial activities and offices.
