The project’s goal is to restore the use of the historic tower and let the visitors reach the top. This reuse will be possible through a coordinated works that, in addition to structural consolidation, include the reconstruction of new floors in compliance with the holes in the existing floors and the new steel stairs. In the wine-cellar the restyling of the service rooms for preparations and for the staff of the commercial activity is planned, such as food preparation laboratory, pantry and changing room for the staff.
