After the earthquake on 6 April 2009, the Province of Trento decided to offer L’Aquila city a new music hall. The Renzo Piano project includes a 250 seats auditorium and 40 musician area. The 18 m structure is made of laminated wood elements coming from Trentino and are designed accordingly to cutting edge antiseismic criteria.
