F&M Ingegneria supported the team of Poland, which has been one of the last Countries to join Expo 2015. It played the official role of Fire Safety Manager during works, mainly supporting the team in the procedural formalities to be carried out upon building completion, and for Fire Safety Certification. Poland’s pavilion has been kept simple and essential in its construction, as well as in the layout of decorations. Though being complex, the pavilion is based on simple building criteria – steel and reinforced concrete structures complemented by wooden decorations – and was subjected to in-depth analyses for fire safety purposes. The various certifications were accurately reviewed and validated to avoid jeopardising the design and building of the whole pavilion.
