By 2026, the former Austro-Hungarian Arsenale will be transformed into the innovative multifunctional center “Ars District: the Parco dell’Arsenale.”

With 14 buildings covering an area of 27,400 sqm, the redevelopment project is led by a team of experts: F&M Ingegneria, Politecnica, De Vita&Schulze Architetti, Coprat, Monica Endrizzi Restauro Artistico Conservativo, and Sama Scavi Archeologici.
