The new Easybox storage facility in Corso Settembrini, Turin, is now complete!

The demolition and reconstruction of the new Easybox storage facility in Corso Settembrini, Turin, on behalf of Savills Investment Management SGR SpA, has been completed. The building comprises a warehouse and offices, as well as an outdoor green area with parking as part of the urbanisation project.

The two existing buildings did not allow for a functional redevelopment to meet the client’s needs; therefore, the complete demolition and reconstruction of a 5-storey building with a basement for a total of 10,500 square metres was carried out.

F&M Ingegneria SpA was responsible for the architectural, structural and plant engineering design, acoustic design, safety coordination during the design and execution phases, general and specialist works management, and registration.
