The redevelopment of the former Polstrada Barracks in Roiano, Trieste, has been completed!

The redevelopment of the former Polstrada Barracks has been completed, transforming it into a lively space accessible to the entire community:

• Nursery
• Underground car park
• Play area and ‘urban forest’ surrounded by greenery

The goal? To return a disused area to the city, creating new services for the neighbourhood and high-quality public spaces for the collective well-being.

F&M Ingegneria oversaw the final and executive design and coordinated safety during the design phase.

The project was managed by F&M Ingegneria, together with Denis Zadnik, Eutecne Srl (geology, acoustics, energy), Erika Skabar (landscape expert), Carlotta Cocco (CAM expert) and Enrico Siardi (forestry expert).
