WaltherPark Shopping Center opens in Bolzano
F&M Ingegneria: excellence in Project & Construction Management and Pilotage
On the occasion of the inauguration of Waltherpark in Bolzano, F&M Ingegneria celebrates its key role in one of South Tyrol’s most important projects.
F&M played a key role in Project & Construction Management, ensuring the technical and managerial coordination of the entire construction process, and in Pilotage, accompanying over 90 tenants in the fit-out and settlement phase, including major brands such as Esselunga, Mediaworld, Sartoriani, Peek & Cloppenburg (first store in Italy), Kave Home, Primor, Nike, JD Sport, Guess, OVS, Swarovski, and Lego.
The shopping center is spread over four levels with a total area of 35,000 m², housing:
- A 4,500 m² Esselunga superstore on level -1
- Approximately 75 stores and food & beverage outlets
- A Food Hall on the second floor, created in collaboration with Mercato Centrale
Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the project and integrated management of Tenant Coordination activities, F&M was able to respond effectively to the needs for space customization, MEP and fire safety regulations, and the logistical challenges of a complex construction site in the heart of the city.
The success of Waltherpark is the result of a virtuous synergy between the client, designers, contractors, and tenants, orchestrated with skill and vision by F&M Ingegneria.
